The monthly digs at Ashton Court are restarting this Saturday, under the watchful eye of Carl the ranger. Meet at 10.00 at Longwood Lane entrance (the severely dented gate opposite the quarry entrance) or give me a ring on 0771 265 0857 for directions.

We'll probably be working on the Quarry Trail (upper and lower) but if the plan changes I'll let you know. Wear stout footwear with grippy soles (walking boots are fine) and bring a lock for your bike if you ride there. See you on the day!

Sorry, got plans and can't make it to this session.

Can't make this one I'm afraid Ant. Walking in the Mendips instead. Should be able to make the next ones though.

Have a good one!

Working in the bike shop, I'm afraid. Will be sacked from there soon, so will come out next time, perhaps.

Never mind, trailbuilding is bigger than any three men. A few people have expressed an interest off the forum, and it should be a nice day for it too.

woahh tired legs....108k round the yorkie dales over the weekend doing the polaris, hence no digging for me.

Are you about for a ride in the week or next weekend Anthony? I've some signs for you.

hope the dig was good.

The dig was good - thanks to Adam, Tim and Ian for sorting some bad sections on the Upper Quarry Trail and adding some interest to the flatter sections. And to Carl for spending most of the day shovelling stone!

Neil, might well be out on Tuesday or Thursday so it would be good to get the signs off you. I'll get in touch via the List of Irrelevance when I'm definitely going out - or I can text you if you're still having problems with email.
