Details about the next trail day are on the front page of the main site, but just to go into depth about the arrangements:

The start time has now been fixed for 10.00 at the Golf Course Cafe.
If you want to turn up later it's not a problem. Just give me a ring on 0771 265 0857 and I'll let you know where we are working.

The plan is to fix up the first section of the trail along Abbots Leigh Road/Beggar Bush Lane, and maybe do some more work on the Quarry Trail too (if you need to know where these places are there's a map here).

We will have tools and materials for you to use, but if you're arriving by car and have some lying around please bring your own (spades and mattocks are the most useful). You can park at the Golf Course Cafe.

The barbecue isn't kicking off until later so if you're planning on staying all day you might want to bring some food and water with you.

If you have any questions or comments please feel free to post them below. See you there!

Massive thanks to everyone who came along yesterday! Especially all the people who came out for the first time ever, you did a cracking job and your hard work is very much appreciated. Several absolutely gopping sections got sorted out and unless we're seriously unlucky with the weather the course for the Bike Fest should be in brilliant shape.

The barbecue went really well too, thanks to the sterling work of Tess and Kirsty. The raffle prize of a Kona longboard was won by Emma, who decided to pass it on to trail building regular Andy Grant, to replace his ageing Lush. All in all it was another brilliant day. Thanks again to Kona and Torq Fitness for supplying the swag.
